Mike Davies and Belinda Elliott can still support you with recruiting talented staff, but now we can help you keep them, ensuring they are motivated and engaged. Previously we had candidates coming back to us once they had been promoted, despite having the technical skills, they didn’t necessarily have the skills or experience to manage a team or project. Having HR policies and procedure in place, gives employees reassurance that your business in serious about supporting its’ Employees.
