Tuesday, October 18, 2022

I bet you remember your first day in your new job. Were you one of those who nobody was expecting? Were you bored to tears with information overload? Did you feel welcomed and know what your induction plan was?

We will present some of the best practices to ensure your new starter gets a great first impression. We will also explain how busy managers can still fully engage in the induction process and the huge impact this will have on the employee experience. We want you to take away clarity on how to invest in your newbie's induction so they can truly have a flying start.
