Adrian will be delivering a short presentation (followed by questions and answers) aimed at helping improve how organisations attract people with disabilities and ensure that recruitment and selection processes are barrier free. Adrian will also talk about the breadth of the term disability to help organisations ensure they are focusing on non-visible disabilities as well as those that are visible.
