Who should join?
Anyone who leads, manages or wants to have more positive influence on the people around them.
Why this is important
The way we show up as a leader shapes everything that happens in the team. Self-awareness is the "meta-skill of the 21st Century” (Tasha Eurich) yet only 10-15% of people are self-aware*."
Great leadership requires clarity about who you are and how others perceive you, but the reality often remains hidden. Perceptions of your team may not align with those that leaders have of themselves, and this is a problem.
At least half of all managers underachieve significantly due to a lack of self-awareness**.
Join us for this workshop to gain clarity about how you want to lead, to increase self-awareness around your current reality, and to share practical strategies on how to move forward. If we want to establish a positive work culture, we have to make sure that we are operating from a positive place, and this requires self-leadership.
What you will take away:
- Discover your strengths and gaps in meeting these needs
- Understanding the challenges of leadership today
- Creating the culture for high performing teams
- Unpicking and finding your authentic, compassionate leadership style
- A Personal Development Plan that you feel excited about
This is day will be a hands-on, reflective workshop and an opportunity to explore your own challenges and learn from each other. Attendees will also be provided with the training materials and recommended resources following the event.
