Temporary Technical Administrator

Job Description

Urgently required Technical Administration Coordinator to join fabulous company in West Swindon for a 3 month contract.

As part of the Product Engineering team you will be responsible for:

  • Administering software tool licences renewal and support cycles
  • Coordinating equipment maintenance, calibration and safety testing
  • Administering Intellectual Property registers and coordinating activities to maintain registrations
  • Collecting data to support measurement and reporting
  • Administering purchase and expenditure for product management, development and research
  • Organising travel and logistics for a growing department of twenty Engineers and four Managers
  • Scheduling meetings as part of product management, development and research processes – currently managed through Scrum
  • Taking minutes of technical discussions in external meetings
  • Supporting other administrators within the business to share workload and cover for breaks, lunchtime, sickness and annual leave
  • Other jobs and duties commensurate with the position that arise



To be considered for the Technical Administration Coordinator you will need to:

  • Have good level of education
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Be a strong team player, together with ability to use own initiative
  • Have good problem solving skills
  • Be prepared to commit to a 3 month contract
