Sales Fulfilment Advisor

Job Description

Are you an experienced Sales Fulfilment or Customer Service Advisor ?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing and being accountable for Sales orders and communications
  • Dealing with customers via telephone, email and electronic platforms  
  • Processing sales orders and maintain customer records
  • Resolving fulfilment issues and liase with internal teams
  • Undertaking and promoting company values

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in sales processing or customer service (either B2B or B2C)
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing or sales and marketing company
  • Intermediate knowledge of outlook, excel, databases and processing systems 
  • Excellent Communication skills and listening skills are required
  • Resolving enquiries to complete customer satisfaction
