Are you an experienced Sales Fulfilment or Customer Service Advisor ?

Your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing and being accountable for Sales orders and communications
- Dealing with customers via telephone, email and electronic platforms
- Processing sales orders and maintain customer records
- Resolving fulfilment issues and liase with internal teams
- Undertaking and promoting company values
- Previous experience in sales processing or customer service (either B2B or B2C)
- Experience of working within a manufacturing or sales and marketing company
- Intermediate knowledge of outlook, excel, databases and processing systems
- Excellent Communication skills and listening skills are required
- Resolving enquiries to complete customer satisfaction
