Personal Assistant

Job Description

As a Personal Assistant you will be required to:

  • Manage the Diary
  • Answer telephone calls and emails
  • Keeping a task list
  • Book travel
  • Coordinate with various department managers
  • Attend exhibitions (Asia, Europe and North America)
  • Interface with Customers as required
