Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services / Sales Team Manager to join a rapidly expanding Medical Company based in Milton Park, Oxfordshire
As Customer Service / Sales Team Manager you will be required to:
- Motivate and manage your team in a professional yet successful manner
- Monitor and develop your team to ensure they deliver the highest level of service
- Take responsibility and manage escalated customer queries and complaints
- Monitor outbound calls and review for continuous improvements
- Ensure the customers are completely satisfied by the teams efforts at all times
- Provide analysis and data on team members performance.
- Operate with integrity, openness and honesty to build a long term relationship with internal and external customers.
To be considered as Export Customer Service Manager you must:
- Be educated to Degree level
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role
- Have an understanding of Freight forwarding and logistics would be helpful
- Previous experience of handling difficult complaints and situations
- Be able to make decisions, sometimes under pressure
- Possess excellent communications skills
- Be computer literate
- Have strong analytical and interpretive skills
- English and one or more European language is advantageous
- knowledge of a Ophthalmic industry or Medical Device Industry
