Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services / Sales Team Manager to join a rapidly expanding Medical Company based in Milton Park, Oxfordshire

As  Customer Service / Sales Team Manager you will be required to:

  • Motivate and manage your team in a professional yet successful manner
  • Monitor and develop your team to ensure they deliver the highest level of service
  • Take responsibility and manage escalated customer queries and complaints
  • Monitor outbound calls and review for continuous improvements
  • Ensure the customers are completely satisfied by the teams efforts at all times
  • Provide analysis and data on team members performance.
  • Operate with integrity, openness and honesty to build a long term relationship with internal and external customers.

To be considered as Export Customer Service Manager you must:

  • Be educated to Degree level
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role
  • Have an understanding of Freight forwarding and logistics would be helpful
  • Previous experience of handling difficult complaints and situations
  • Be able to make decisions, sometimes under pressure
  • Possess excellent communications skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Have strong analytical and interpretive skills


  • English and one or more European language is advantageous
  • knowledge of a Ophthalmic industry or Medical Device Industry
