Fantastic opportunity to join a growing international company as a Customer Service Advisor (fluent French & English) as part of their friendly yet busy team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to:
- Answer email, telephone, fax and postal enquiries from existing and potential customers efficiently
- Log information on calls received, maintain detailed and accurate records through ERP & CRM system
- Have the ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team member
To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role you must have:
- Fluent professional English and French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills used to establish and maintain working relationships
Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Outlook and other databases (ERP Systems)
