Customer Service Advisor – Fluent French & English

Job Description

 

Fantastic opportunity to join a growing international company as a Customer Service Advisor (fluent French & English) as part of their friendly yet busy team. 

 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to: 

 

  • Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible to international customers, external

    customers and internal customers 

  • Provide effective, timely support to Sales from initial kit quotation until final activation 
  • Answer email, telephone, fax and postal enquiries from existing and potential customers efficiently
  • Log information on calls received, maintain detailed and accurate records through ERP & CRM system
  • Have the ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team member

 

 

 

To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role you must have: 

 

  • Fluent professional English and French
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • The ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills used to establish and maintain working relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to effectively manage their time as well as

    prioritise based on business needs 

  • Excellent PC/system skills and be computer literate with the ability to learn software programs like Microsoft

Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Outlook and other databases (ERP Systems)
