Excellent job opportunity for a Complaint Handler to join a busy yet friendly team based at Milton Park in Oxfordshire.
As a Complaint Handler you will be required to:
- Assist colleagues with complaint prevention guidance
- Investigate and resolve complaints with accuracy, reasonableness and impartially.
- Keep accurate and up to date notes.
- Liaise with customers, underwriters and other external sources.
- Deliver exceptional customer services at all times.
To be considered as a Complaint Handler you must:
- Be able to communicate confidently via telephone and email
- Have a positive approach to each new case.
- Have previous experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Have previous experience deliver excellent customer service within a commercial business.
