Complaints Handler

Excellent job opportunity for a Complaint Handler to join a busy yet friendly team based at Milton Park in Oxfordshire.

As a Complaint Handler you will be required to:

  • Assist colleagues with complaint prevention guidance
  • Investigate and resolve complaints with accuracy, reasonableness and impartially.
  • Keep accurate and up to date notes.
  • Liaise with customers, underwriters and other external sources.
  • Deliver exceptional customer services at all times.

To be considered as a Complaint Handler you must:

  • Be able to communicate confidently via telephone and email 
  • Have a positive approach to each new case.
  • Have previous experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Have previous experience deliver excellent customer service within a commercial business.
