Careers Bulletin Survey Terms and Conditions
By entering the Careers Bulletin Survey each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the survey and the awarding of the prize.
- All entrants to the survey must be over 18.
- For your chance to win you must complete the survey.
- Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into the survey only. In the event that Bluestream Recruitment deems an entrant to have made multiple applications to enter or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the survey, the entrant shall be excluded from the survey and consequently ineligible to win the prize as defined below.
- The prize available to win for completing the survey and entering the draw will be one (1) Amazon gift card worth £30. The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.
- Bluestream Recruitment is in no way responsible for the terms & conditions of the Amazon gift card, and holds no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the survey or as a result of accepting the prize.
- The survey is not open to Bluestream colleagues, associated persons or companies.
- The survey closes at midnight (GMT) on 1st March 2022.The winning entry will be drawn at random after this date.
- The winner shall receive the prize within twenty-eight (28) days of being notified of winning the prize draw.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Bluestream Recruitment reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
- Bluestream Recruitment reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the survey if, in its sole judgement, the survey is not capable of being conducted as specified.
- Bluestream Recruitment reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.
- Bluestream Recruitment's decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
